Repairing a chip early keeps your original windscreen, and the factory seal that came with it. We inject resin into the damage to restore the strength of the glass and stop the chip spreading into a crack that would mean a full replacement.

Windscreen replacement
When damage is too large, too deep or too close to the edge to repair, the windscreen has to come out. We replace it at your home or workplace with original equipment glass, bonded with automotive urethane, and we stay with the vehicle until the adhesive has cured, so it is ready to drive when we finish.

Rear windscreen replacement
A rear windscreen is toughened glass, so it does not chip and crack the way a front windscreen does. It holds together until it does not, and then it goes all at once. Replacement is the only option, and clearing the fragments out properly is half the job.

Side and door window glass
Door windows, rear passenger windows and fixed quarter glass are all toughened, so a break is a replacement rather than a repair. We fit the new glass and clear the fragments out of the door cavity, where they would otherwise jam the window later.

A clipped mirror is usually broken glass in a housing that came through fine, and new glass is a far smaller job than a whole mirror. We fit the glass. If the damage is in the housing or the mechanism instead, we will tell you before anyone travels.

Urgent glass comes first
We order the day by urgency, so a vehicle that is unsafe or unroadworthy, or one left open to the weather by a broken side window, is attended ahead of routine work. What decides how soon that can be is the glass rather than the queue: where we hold it for a common vehicle we can usually come the next business day, and where it has to be ordered, allow up to three days. We will tell you which when you call rather than after you have booked.

That means the correct windscreen, the correct adhesive and the correct trim clips arrive with them, rather than a second visit once something has been ordered.
